Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card numbers. We retain:

4. AI Processing of Your Data

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your prompts and generate insights. This processing occurs:

  • Only on data you explicitly submit to the Service
  • To identify patterns in your workflow and communication style
  • To generate personalized CLAUDE.md files and instruction sets

Your prompts are never used to train AI models. We use AI to analyze your data for your benefit only, not to improve general AI systems.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
  • Prompt content is stored encrypted at rest in Cloudflare R2
  • Database records are stored in Cloudflare D1 with encryption
  • API keys are hashed using secure one-way algorithms
  • Access to production systems is restricted and audited

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (Cloudflare, Stripe)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

You have the right to:

  • Correction: Update or correct your account information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account data: Until you delete your account
  • Prompt data: Until you delete specific prompts or your account
  • Billing records: 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Server logs: 90 days for security and debugging purposes

We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function:

  • Authentication: To keep you logged in
  • Preferences: To remember your settings

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

10. International Data Transfers

Our Service is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. Your data may be processed in various locations worldwide. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.
